Ian Edwards Selected as Stitch Central Cougar of the Week

Ian Edwards was chosen as the Columbus State University’s Stitch Central Cougar of the Week for the week ending on September 11th.

Edwards stepped up for Coach J.D. Evilsizer and the CSU cross country team this weekend as he was the individual winner of the second annul Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run. The sophomore crossed the line with a time of 26:26 and finished 31 seconds ahead of his closet competitor, Cougar teammate John Neill. With his effort, the Cougars won the event by 32 points over Darton College. This was the sophomore’s first collegiate individual title.
