SAAC to Hold Walk for a Wish Event to Benefit Make-a-Wish Foundation

The SAAC Committee (Student Athlete Advisory Committee) at Columbus State University would like to invite all Cougar fans and supporters to help raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation. This year SAAC will be sponsoring its very first "Walk for a Wish" event on the track at Hardaway High School in Columbus on Saturday, May 2, 2009, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. The public is invited and asked to participate by bringing a minimum donation of $5.00. There will be music, games and snacks as we try to reach our goal of $6,700. The CSU SAAC has set out this year to raise enough money to assist a child in granting their very own special wish.
