Anne Appleton enters her third year as Assistant Sports Information Director. Prior to her newly appointed role, she served as a volunteer photographer for CSU Sports Information for baseball and basketball.

Appleton graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Science in Child Development and has a Georgia teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education.

She was a former kindergarten teacher for 11 years at Glenwood School in Phenix City, AL.

Although a Charleston, WV native, Anne moved to Snellville, GA and graduated from South Gwinnett High School. She resides in Columbus with her husband, CSU Head Baseball Coach Greg Appleton, and their daughter Kaylee.
