Chris returns for his senior year with the Cougars in 2010...the lefty pitcher had an up and down season in 09 posting a 3-4 record with a 4.76 ERA...pitched 39.2 innings last year with 39 strikeouts...had 11 appearances with 6 games started...will be looked upon to bounce back in 2010 and lead the CSU pitching staff.

Junior College: Played two years at Middle Georgia College in Cochran under Coach Craig Young...Went 8-2 with a 4.30 ERA in 66 innings as a sophomore...43rd round draft pick by Kansas City Royals in 2007.

High School:  Graduate of Warner Robins HS.

Personal:  Son of John & Lisa Snipes...Favorite food is pizza...Favorite movie is Bull Durham...Loves to hunt when he gets a chance...Lists his father as his hero and his role model...Never has, but would love to go skydiving...Plans on teaching after graduation.
