The International Cheer Union hosted the World's Second Annual Cheerleading Championships. The United States of America sent two teams, more than fifty athletes, to compete in this competition with over forty countries from around the world. Six members of Team USA come from the Columbus State University cheerleading program and represented our institution well. Dishon Clark and graduate assistant, Andy Brown were members of the USA Coed cheer team; while Sarah Hackaday, Lauren Henderson, Cortney Laughlin and Molly Winter were members of Team USA's All-Girl team.
