2009: Named to second-team All-Peach Belt...Placed 7th at the Peach Belt Championship (10/24) with an 8K time of 26:58...Finished 5th at the Cougar Invitational (10/10) with an 8K time of 26:30...Member of the Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team, USTFCCCA All-Academic team and the Presidential Honor Roll.

2008: First Team All-PBC with a first place finish at the 2008 PBC Championship meet with an 8K time of 27:18...Qualified for NCAA Championships, leading the team at the NCAA regional with an 8th place showing - 33:04 (10K)...Placed 3rd in Auburn Invitational (24:52 8K), and 5th in the Cougar Invitational (27:05 8K).

2007: Ran one season at Darton JC in Albany...Academic All-American at Darton.

High School:  Graduate of Westover HS in Albany...Ran four seasons...Personal 5K best - 15:59.
