2009: Named second-team All-Peach Belt...Placed 7th at the Peach Belt Championship (10/24) with an 8K time of 26:58...Finished 5th at the Cougar Invitational (10/10) with an 8K time of 26:30...Member of the Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team, USTFCCCA All-Academic team and the PBC Presidential Honor Roll.

2008: Low Cougar at the Divsion II Nationals - 10K time of 34:00...Second Team All-PBC with a seventh place finish at the PBC Championship meet with an 8K time of 27:39...Placed 22nd at the Auburn Invitational with an 8K time of 26:17...Set a 20 year old state age group record with 5K time of 15:06 in an open road race...Ran a 5K time of 15:52 at the Foot Locker South Regional.

2007:  Won the 2007 Cougar Invitational, edging teammate Tim English with a 26:57 8K time...Led CSU at the Auburn Invitational with an 8K time of 26:45...Won the local Country's Midnight Express run with a 5K time of 15:49.

High School:  A graduate of  Smiths Station High...All Bi-City selection and two-time high school All-American.
