Phil will sit out this season as a red-shirt after transferring in from Jacksonville State University...While at Jacksonville State, he was named First-Team All-OVC in Smallbore and Second-Team All-OVC in Air Rifle in 2009...Named Second-Team All-OVC Smallbore in 2007-2009 and Second-Team All-OVC in Air Rifle in 2007...Named First-Team NRA All American in Air Rifle in 2007...All-OVC Freshman of the Year in 2007...Competed in rifle all four years at Spalding High.
