CSU Softball to Host Open Tryout on May 16

Columbus, Ga. -- The Columbus State University softball staff will host an open tryout on May 16 at 2:30 p.m. at the CSU Softball Field. 

The tryout is open to only those high school players who have completed their final season of eligibility, and to junior college players who have finished their final season of junior college eligibility. Four-year transfers may also participate, provided they bring a written official release from their current school.

All participants must present proof of a current physical examination for the 2009-10 school year, and will be asked to fill out some forms when they arrive at the field.
