2009: Earned All-Region honors by finishing 11th in the Southeast Regional (11/7) with a 6K time of 24:14...Second Team All-Peach Belt with an 8th place finish at the Peach Belt Championship (10/24) meet with a 5K time of 24:08.

2008: Second Team All-Peach Belt with an 11th place finish at the PBC Championship meet with a 5K time of 21:11...Finished 6th in the Auburn Invitational at a 5K time of 18:38...Placed 7th at the Cougar Invitational with an 5K time of 20:24...Placed 6th in the PBC Pre-Conference at a 5K time of 19:42.

2007: Won the Cougar 5K Invitational with a 19:04 time...Low Cougar at the 6K Jaguar Invitational with a 25:34 time...Ran the 5K Auburn Invitational at 18:58...Lower leg injury forced her out of the NCAA Southeast Regional.

High School:  A graduate of Bleckley County High in Cochran, GA...Won the individual state title in 2006...Named Middle Georgia Runner of the Year in 2006...Personal 5K best time of 19:22.

Personal: Daughter of Wayne & Susan Arnold...Likes to take walks, read, and cook in her spare time...Chose CSU because of the cross country program.
